I love living at Hampton Lakes. It's a quiet complex tucked away in a bustling area of Walker, right next to the Laker Line bus and the Standale trail. When I need maintenance work done, it's done quickly and well. Jean in the front office is great! - Verified Resident

Any time I have an issue I just tell Jean in the office and someone promptly comes over and fixes the issue. This time they sent CJ to fix my garbage disposal. The only problem with CJ is he's so cool you want him to stay longer but he fixes every problem in under 5 minutes and then quietly leaves with a smile. I haven't met anyone who works here who has not been helpful. - Adam

Jean has been there a long time. And, from my initial visit until now; Jean has been wonderful! She even checks in to be certain maintenance did a good job. Maintenance responds quickly and they get the job done correctly, the first time. I have lived here for 2 years. - Jason
