Pet Policy
A maximum of two pets are allowed per apartment. A combination of cats and dogs are permitted. The weight of any individual dog or cat cannot exceed 75 lbs. The combined weight of any two animals cannot exceed 100 lbs. Pets must be spayed or neutered.Prior to moving in a pet, a resident pays a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 and additional pet rent of $20 a month per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. What I love most about Hampton Lakes Apartments is the peace and quiet. I have wonderful courteous neighbors. Another big plus is the responsiveness of management. If there are any issues, they are addressed immediately and professionally. I love the proximity to the bike trail and the pond / trees are so beautiful in every season. The office staff is helpful and welcoming. The grounds are well maintained. The outside of the buildings were just painted and they look great.
